how to hack ip address

hEy,... tOday i'm gonna tEll yOu hOw tO hack ip addrEss or shutdOwn thE IP,...
okay,.. first,... u nEed intErnet bcOz this thing is thE mOst impOrtant thinGs to hack,..
ok,.. now,.. go to 'Run As' in yOur start mEnu,...
aftEr that,.. typE 'cmd' and click Run As,..
thEn,.. u typE 'tracert',... (make sure it's right)
and it will appears a lot of ip address,.. u can choose one of them, then u copy the ip,...
later,.. type shutdown then paste the ip address,..
example,.. (shutdown 272.98.022.124)
there u have it,.. th user of the ip will automatic  shutdown it's pC,..
